Step 3: Points and Progression

Members earn points based on their usage or purchases, with different conversion rates for each tier.

To move up to a higher tier, members must accumulate the required points or usage over a specific period, typically annually.

Once members qualify for a higher tier, they receive an automatic upgrade.

Step 4: Maintaining Tier Status

Members need to maintain their usage or points to stay in their current tier. If they fall short, they may be downgraded to a lower tier after 12 months of reaching that level. If any customer does the sales return of the invoice which made him eligible for the next tier, within 12 months for whatsoever reason he will be downgraded lower tier.

 a. Once a customer reaches a certain tier, their one-year purchase value will be considered to maintain or downgrade their tier.

 b. For the tier upgradation system shall analyze the purchases on daily basis at 12:00AM from the date of entering the tier till date.

NOTE

  1. Welcome Gift will be emailed to eligible customers daily.
  2. Nando’s & Ocean basket & discounts at Jumbo service center will be availed by the customers at the site by showing the Mukafa details (JumboSouq App or in future digital card.)
  3. AC services (Standard service only excluding spare parts) will happen once service center team calls based on the tier of the customer. Service center will get the data from the system report. Regardless, of the number of AC’s service team will visit only once a year for servicing the eligible number of AC’s (Applicable to Jumbo Branded Room Air conditioners only)
  4. Expiry of the points should be 2 years.
  5. Existing customers will be eligible for the tier benefits as soon as we launch the scheme.
  6. To redeem, the customer should have a minimum of 1,000/- pts.
  7. We will develop the mechanism to capture the benefits giving to the customer.
  8. All the transactions of JumboSouq & retail should be visible in the customer’s profile.
