Terms and Conditions
Return and Exchange Policy:

1. The below terms of this invoice is a binding contract for seller and buyer.
2. The customer acknowledges that he is aware that these are Pre-owned Products and he has fully inspected them before purchasing.
3. Customer's responsibility to check for all physical damage and the uses of the product before final purchase decision, no claims will be considered later or during delivery.
4. The customer has the right to return the product and refund the amount paid within only three (03) days from the date of receipt.
5. The customer has no right to return the product after three (3) days from the date of delivery or delivery, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
6. To guarantee the return of the product and to refund the paid amount, as per below terms, please submit the original invoice so we can assist you.
7. Please keep the product in its original condition, with all accessories and cartons, to preserve your right to return the product and refund the paid amount.
8. Please check the product and its functions so that the feature of the product is suitable before making a purchase.
9. All products have 6 months warranty on manufacturing defect only and the warranty does not cover any existing or future physical damage.
10. The Customer has the right to return the product and refund the paid amount or a percentage of it according to the period of use, in case of a manufacturing defect in it or non-conformity with Qatar standard specifications.
11. The warranty covers only functional repairs, and there is no replacement of the product.
12. In case of item not repairable, refund will be based on duration of product usage and depreciation, no replacement will be given.
13. The company has the right to deduct QAR 200 from the total paid amount, if the customer want to replace or return any of the home appliance items within 3 days of delivery date as a delivery and labor cost.
14. The buyer acknowledges that he has inspected the sold product in full and that he has received it in good and sound condition and in conformity with the specifications. When any defect appears or if it stops working, the buyer must refrain from using these devices and not operate them or attempt to repair them himself.
15. Stock is subject to availability.
16. If an order is placed but the item is out of stock we will cancel the order and process refund to the original mode of payment.
17. Refunds will be done in the same mode of payment as it was used during customer purchase, so if the customer used his bank card, we will credit the amount to your account, do bear in mind that this is a long process.
18. The Seller warranty the products against defects and non-compliance with standard specification.
19. Wrongful usage of devices and products are extremely dangerous, so the buyer must utilize such devices in a correct, safe way and only for the right application of the device and/or product, wrongful utilize or for the specific purpose is the sole responsibility of the buyer, generally the seller shall not be subject to any kind of claims according to the wrongful usage.
