Jumbo Rentals Terms and Conditions

Scope of Use:

1. Rented appliance/equipment can only be used by the users or operators assigned by the LESSOR.
2. The LESSEE is not authorized to move or transfer the rented appliance /equipment to another site or location apart from the initial delivery location.
3. In such a case that the LESSEE requires to shift the rented appliance/equipment to a different location, the LESSEE agrees to pay the additional logistics cost of 150QR to the LESSOR.
4. The LESSEE agrees and undertakes to take all kinds of security measures in the place where the rented appliance/equipment will be used. For this reason, the LESSEE is responsible for any damage that may occur within the working area.
5. In case of loss of rented appliance/equipment, the LESSEE immediately notifies the LESSOR of this and pays the LESSOR the product value upon request. The appliance/equipment price to be determined by the LESSOR is collected from the LESSEE.
6. The LESSEE cannot return a product different from the product delivered by the LESSOR.
7. The LESSEE is liable to pay a daily penalty equivalent to the total daily rate of the rented appliance/equipment in case he refuses to return the rented equipment despite the expiry of the contract. If the LESSEE is not able to return within 7 days after the expiry of the contract, the LESSOR may take the legal route to recover the value of the rental appliance/equipment.
8. The LESSEE accepts that he received the appliance/equipment undamaged and is responsible for any damage and loss that may occur to the product.
9. The LESSOR confirms and agrees that the delivery and installation will cover all locations but will be limited only to areas with proper road access.

Security Deposit

1. LESSEE will be required to provide a security deposit to LESSOR the amount defined Rental Fees (QATARI RIYALS) to be used in the event of loss or damage to the rental appliance/equipment during the term of this agreement. The deposit amount will be blocked on your payment card or cash(refundable) at the time of delivery and will be settled upon completion of this agreement.
2. In the event of damage to the rented equipment, LESSOR will use this security deposit to defray the costs of necessary repair. If the cost for repair of damage to the rental appliance/equipment exceeds the amount of the security deposit, LESSEE will be responsible for payment to the LESSOR of the balance of this cost.
3. Security deposit will be refunded through the original mode of payment. A refund will be processed immediately after the final inspection of the rental appliance/equipment. The credit to the original mode of payment should be within 1-7 business days. Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Representations and Warranties

1. LESSOR represents and warrants that to LESSEE’S knowledge; the rental equipment is in good condition.
2. LESSEE has been given an opportunity to examine the rental equipment in advance of taking possession of it.
