Ooredoo Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ooredoo. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Promotion Terms and Conditions

All new customers subscribing to Home+ plans until the 16th May 2024 will be eligible for following benefits:

  • For new Home+ subscribers this promotion is applied together with the existing promotion applicable for Home+ GO, Prime and Super plans.
  • Home+ Go customers will get QR 35 discount to rental fee for first 9 months of service. Plus service will be installed without installation fee. That will make total savings of QR 615 over 9 months period.
  • Home+ Prime Entertainment customers will get QR 95 discount to rental fee for first 12 months of service. Plus service will be installed without installation fee. That will make total savings of QR 1,440 over 12 months period.
  • Home+ Super Entertainment customers will get QR 50 discount to rental fee for first 12 months of service. Plus service will be installed without installation fee. That will make total savings of QR 900 over 12 months period.
  • Customers terminating within 12 months must return the Android STB device(s) taken, otherwise a charge, prorated on QR432 based on remaining months, will be applied.

2. Installation

Our professional installers will connect your home to our superfast Ooredoo Fibre network. They will take care of all the internal cabling and installation of the equipment necessary for our Fibre and TV Home services.

If service is terminated earlier than 12 months, QR 300 will be charged as a liability fee.

3. Equipment

  • By subscribing to Home+ Plan customers are eligible to WiFi Router or Fibre to the Room devices as per selected plan.
  • Customers may avail the eligible device entitlements as per their Home+ plan at any time if not taken in full initially.
  • Twelve (12) month minimum subscription period applies for all WiFi and Fibre to the Room (FTTR) Primary + one (1) Secondary devices received as per Home+ Plan or Fibre to the Room add-on entitlement.
  • Twenty four (24) month minimum subscription period applies for all additional Fibre to the Room (FTTR) Secondary devices subscribed on top of FTTR devices provided as per tariff plan .
  • Customers, who received WiFi Router as entitled device as per Home+ plan entitlement, terminating within 12 months will incur a liability on each Wi-Fi device taken, prorated on QR 480 based on remaining months left.
  • Customers, who received FTTR Primary + one (1) Secondary device as per Home+ plan or FTTR Add-on entitlement, terminating service before 12 months, will incur a liability charges of QR 200 x remaining months to 12 months period.
  • Customers, who received any additional FTTR Secondary device as per Home+ plan or FTTR Add-on entitlement, terminating service before 24 months, will incur a liability charges per every device of QR 50 x remaining months to 24 months period.
  • Customers terminating within 12 months must return the Android STB device(s) taken, otherwise a charge, prorated on QR432 based on remaining months, will be applied.
  • Additional Android STBs taken above plan entitlements will incur an additional one-off installation charge of QR150 which will be charged direct to bill statement.

4. Service relocation

  • Service relocation to new address/electricity number is charged QR 300 one time fee.
  • Customer can install or relocate Home+ to new address/electricity number free of charge a one time per each 12 month periods.
  • Relocation of FTTR add-on to a new address/electricity number will be treated only, when the Home+ plan is also relocated at the same address against applicable charges.
  • Relocation of FTTR service to a new room within same address / electricity number will be treated as a relocation request and customer has to pay QR 300 as one time charges for the service to be shifted.

5. TV Service

  • All Home+ plans are activated with complimentary Merhaba package with preselected TV channels.
  • Home+ Plans come with dedicated amount of TV & Entertainment Credits which can be redeemed for Entertainment services (TV and Streaming packs). The redemption allows customers to build their personalized TV viewing whilst allowing the selection of TV and Streaming services.
  • Additional Credits. Customers can purchase additional 10 credits for QAR 75 per month.
